1.Bombay ravva
2.Salt to taste
3.Coriander leaves
5.Red chilli powder
6.Curry leaves
7.Wheat flour
8.Onion chopped
9.Sesame seeds
11.Cumin seeds


1.Take a pan pour 2 cups of water for 1 cup bombay ravva,add 1 tbsp red chilli powder,salt to taste and bring it to boil.
2.Add bombay ravva and mix well with a ladle without forming any lumps.
3.Cook for few minutes till done,off the stove and rest the mixture to cool for few minutes.
4.Transfer ravva mixture into a bowl,add cumin seeds,sesame seeds,curry leaves,coriander leaves,onion chopped and mix well all the ingredients evenly.
5.Prepare round balls from the mixture and keep aside.
6.Prepare a smooth dough with wheat flour by adding water and salt,now divide into small equal portions and stuff the mixture in dough.Prepare a small round ball and press into a thin layered chapathi on a plastic cover greased with some oil.
7.Heat a flat pan,drizzle some ghee/oil and spread it.Now place the chapathi on pan and fry evenly on both sides.Cook till done,transfer onto a plate.Serve hot.
