Perugu Bajjilu


1.Wheat flour
2.Rice flour
3.Sesame seeds
4.Onion chopped
7.Oil for deep frying
8.Red chilli powder
9.Curry leaves
10.Green chillies
11.Salt to taste


1.Take a bowl add 1 cup rice flour,wheat flour 1/2 cup,red chilli powder,salt to taste,curry leaves,green chillies,onion chopped 2 tbsp,sesame seeds 1 tbsp,curd 1/2 cup mix well all the ingredients with some water evenly.Rest the mixture aside for 2 hours.
2.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Take small amount of mixture in your palms and drop them in hot oil like bajji and deep fry.
4.Fry till golden brown colour and deep fry evenly,transfer onto a paper napkin and drain excess oil.Transfer into a plate,serve hot.
