Palakura Keema


1.Mutton keema
2.Spinach chopped
3.Ginger garlic paste
6.Onion chopped
7.Turmeric powder
8.Red chilli powder
9.Salt to taste
10.Coriander powder
11.Coconut powder
12.Coriander leaves
14.Cashew nuts


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add onion chopped 1 cup aand saute till golden.
3.Add ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp,pudina leaves,cardamom powder(cardamoms,black cloves) 1/2 tbsp,turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp and saute for few minutes.
4.Add cashew nuts,keema 1 cup and give it a mix,saute till reddish colour.
5.Now add chopped spinach and mix well,cover and cook for 2 minutes till tender.
6.Add 1 tbsp red chilli powder,salt to taste,dry coconut powder 1 tbsp,coriander powder 1 tbsp and mix well.
7.Cook for few minutes on medium flame,off the stove and transfer into a bowl.Serve hot.
