3.Cardamom powder
5.Sarapappu (Chironji)
6.Cashew nut powder
7.Badam powder
8.Rice flour
9.Musk melon seeds


1.Take a pan pour some ghee and melt it.
2.Fry semiya till light golden colour and keep aside.
3.Fry muskmelon seeds,chironji saute till light golden colour,transfer into a bowl.
4.In the same pan add 1 big bowl milk,bring it to boil.
5.Add fried semiya and mix well,add rice flour 1 tbsp for thickness saute without forming any lumps.
6.Add 2 tbsp cashew nut powder,badam powder 1 tbsp,sugar 2 tbsp and bring it to boil till it attains thick consistency.
7.Finally add sapota puree 1 cup and give it a good mix,sprinkle fried dry fruits and cardamom powder.Transfer into a bowl.Serve hot.
