Green Egg Curry


2.Onion chopped
3.Cinnamon stick
5.Turmeric powder
6.Ginger garlic paste
7.Curry leaves
8.Salt to taste
9.Coriander leaves
12.Boiled eggs


1.Green masala paste preparation:Grind coriander leaves,green chillies,pudina leaves,salt,garam masala, with curd and prepare a smooth paste.
2.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
3.Add onion chopped 1 cup and saute till golden by covering a lid.
4.Add ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp,curry leaves,turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp and give it a stir,now add green masala paste 1 cup and give it a good mix.
5.Cover and cook till oil separates from the curry,now make holes to eggs and gently drop in fried green masala paste.
6.Cover and cook for 2 minutes till done.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.
