Paneer Kandi Kebab


1.Paneer grated
2.Bread crumbs
3.Corn flour
4.Turmeric powder
5.Red chilli powder
6.Garam masala powder
7.Cumin powder
8.Chat masala powder
9.Salt to taste
10.Ginger garlic paste
11.Kasoori methi
12.Oil for deep frying


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add paneer grated 1 cup,bread crumbs 3 tbsp,corn flour 2 tbsp,turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp,red chilli powder 1 tbsp,garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp,cumin powder 1/2 tbsp,chat masala powder 1/2 tbsp,salt to taste,ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp,kasoori methi,pudina mix well all the ingredients evevnly with some water as we needed.
3.Take small amount of mixture in your palms and prepare small kabab in your desired shapes.
4.Repeat the same process,keep aside in a plate and pierce a tooth pik to the kabab.
5.Gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry,fry till golden brown colour transfer onto a paper napkin.Drain excess oil and serve hot.
