3.Ginger garlic paste
5.Garam masala powder
6.Pepper powder
7.Red chilli powder
8.Cumin powder
9.Coriander powder
10.Salt to taste
11.Coriander leaves
12.Garlic cloves


1.Take a bowl add chicken,add 1 tbsp oil,ginger garlic paste 1 1/2 tbsp,curd 2 tbsp,garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp,pepper powder 1/2 tbsp,red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp,cumin powder 1/2 tbsp,coriander powder 1/2 tbsp,salt to taste,garlic cloves finely chopped 1 tbsp,coriander leaves 2 tbsp and mix well all the ingredients evenly.
2.Rest the mixture for 1/2 hour.
3.Take a pan pour 2 tbsp oil and spread evenly all over with a ladle.
4.Slowly place the marinated pieces in pan and fry,cover and cook for 5 minutes,keep turning the pieces in regular intervals till chicken completely gets done.
5.Off the stove and serve hot..
