9.Onion chopped
10.Garam masala powder
11.Dry red chillies
12.Ginger garlic paste
13.Kashmiri red chilli powder
14.Turmeric powder
15.Salt to taste

1.Soak over nite minumulu,chana dal,rajma all lentils in equal quantities,pressure cook and keep aside.
2.Take a pan pour 3 tbsp oil and heat it.
3.Add cumin seeds 1 tbsp,dry red chillies 2-3,onion chopped 1/2 cup,green chillies 1 tbsp,saute till golden brown colour.
4.Add ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp,saute for a minute.
5.Add tomatoes chopped 1 cup,add red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp,garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp,coriander powder 1/2 tbsp and mix well.
6.Add some water give it stir,now add cooked dal  and mix well all together evenly.
7.Add salt to taste,kasoori methi 1 tbsp,add 1 cup water,cover and cook for 2 minutes still done.Finally add fresh cream 2-3 tbsp,butter 1 tbsp give it fine stir.Sprinkle some kasoori methi leaves.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with fresh cream.Serve hot.
