Carrot Koftha Curry


1.Paneer grated
2.Carrot grated
3.Onion chopped
6.Fresh cream
7.Corn flour
8.Kasoori methi
10.Cumin powder
11.Salt to taste
13.Cumin seeds
14.Garlic cloves chopped
15.Red chilli powder
16.Boiled tomatoes


1.Take a bowl add paneer grated,corn flour,maida,salt,carrot grated mix well and prepare round balls and keep aside in a plate.
2.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Slowly drop the koftas in hot oil and deep fry on medium flame,fry till golden brown colour transfer into a paper napkin,drain excess oil.
4.Take another pan pour some oil and heat it.
5.Add cumin seeds,garlic cloves chopped finely,red chilli powder 2-3 pinches,add onion,tomatoes boiled paste 1 bowl mix well,cook for few minutes.
6.Add salt to taste,some water and give it stir.
7.Add cumin powder 1/2 tbsp,sugar 1 tbsp,kasoori methi for flavor,butter 1 tbsp,fresh cream 1 tbsp,cook for few minutes on medium flame.
8.Finally add fried kofta balls and give it a stir,cook for few seconds,off the stove transfer into a bowl,garnish with fresh cream,carrot grated.Serve hot.
