1.Lady fingers
3.Carrot chopped
4.Yellow cucumber
5.Tomatoes chopped
6.Raw mango pieces
7.Brinjal pieces
9.Beans chopped
10.Onions chopped
11.Curry leaves
12.Cumin seeds
13.Mustard seeds
14.Dry red chillies
15.Urad dal
17.Turmeric powder
18.Coriander leaves
19.Salt to taste

1.Take a pressure pan add 1 cup beerakaya pieces,beans chopped 1 cup,carrot chopped 1/2 cup,yellow cucumber 1 cup,raw mango pieces 1 cup,goruchikkudu pieces 1 cup,lady finfer 1 cup,brinjal 1 cup,turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp mix well.
2.Add some water till all vegetables submerge,salt to taste.Cook for 2 whistles.
3.Take another pan pour some oil and heat it.
4.Add urad dal,mustard seeds,cumin seeds,dry red chillies slitted,saute for few seconds,add curry leaves,onion chopped 1 cup,green chillies chopped,tomato 1 chopped saute for few minutes.
5.Finally add cooked vegetables and give it a stir,cook for 2  minutes.
6.Off the stove transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
