Pudina Paneer Pakodi


1.Besan flour
2.Paneer grated
3.Dry mango powder
4.Chat masala powder
5.Salt to taste
6.Oil for deep frying
7.Red chilli powder
8.Garam masala powder
10.Baking soda


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add paneer grated 1 bowl,pudina leaves,chat masala powder 1 tbsp mix well and rest aside for 5 minutes.
3.Take a nother bowl add 1 cup besan flour,red chilli powder 2 tbsp,salt to taste,baking soda a pinch,garam masala powder 1tbsp,dry mango powder 1 tbsp mix well with water and prepare a dough.
4.Transfer the dough into paneer mixture and mix well evenly.
5.Gently drop the mixture in hot oil like pakodas and deep fry.
6.Fry till golden brown colour and crisp,transfer onto paper napkin.Drain excess oil and serve hot with tomato sauce.
