1.Vakhaaya pieces
2.Boiled toor dal
3.Red chilli powder
4.Salt to taste
5.Onion chopped
6.Green chillies
7.Curry leaves
8.Turmeric powder
9.Garlic cloves roughly mashed
10.Dry red chillies
11.Cumin seeds
12.Mustard seeds


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add mustard seeds,cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp,garlic cloves 5-6, saute for a minute.
3.Add onion chopped 1 cup,curry leaves,green chillies,turmeric powder and saute till light golden colour.
4.Add vakhaaya pieces,some water,salt to taste and bring it boil,cook till tender.
5.Add red chilli powder and mix well,fry for few minutes.
6.Finally add boiled toor dal 1 bowl,some water as we needed,cook for few minutes.Add 1 1/2 tbsp ghee give it a fine stir.Transfer into a bowl,serve hot.
