Aakakarakai Theepi Curry


1.Aakakarakayalu boil with tamarind
2.Urad dal
4.Tamarind juice
5.Mustard seeds
6.Cumin seeds
8.Salt to taste
9.Turmeric powder
10.Rice flour


1.Take a pan pour 3 tbsp oil and heat it.
2.Add cumin,mustard seeds,pinch of asofetida and saute till reddish colour.
3.Add jaggery grated,tamarind juice 1 cup,aakakarakayalu boiled 1 bowl and mix well.
4.Add some water as we needed,turmeric powder a pinch,salt to taste mix well,Take a bowl add rice flour,some water,prepare a thick liquid.
5.Add rice flour to the mixture and give it a good mix,cover and cook till done.Transfer into a bowl,serve hot.
