1.Raagi flour
2.Cumin seeds
3.Onion chopped
4.Salt to taste
5.Curry leaves
6.Green chillies
7.Turmeric powder
9.Coriander leaves
10.Oil for deep frying


1.Batter preparation:Take a bowl add raagi flour,vaamu,salt,onion chopped,curry leaves,green chillies,cumin seeds,turmeric powder,coriander leaves mix well all the ingredients with some water.
2.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Take a plastic cover,grease some oil all over,now place the mixture on it and prepare small vada.
4.Gently drop in hot oil and deep fry,keep turning the vadas on both sides and fry evenly.Transfer onto a paper napkin,drain excess oil.Serve hot.
