4.Salt to taste
5.Wheat flour
6.Coriander seeds
7.Cumin seeds


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add onions and saute till brown colour.
2.Add tomatoes and fry till tender,add salt and mix well.
3.Add grated radish and saute for few minutes,add radish leaves and fry for few minutes.
4.Add cumin,coriander seeds powder and mix well.Switch off the flame and rest the mixture to cool down.
5.Prepare a smooth dough with wheat flour,add some salt,oil and knead well.
6.Prepare small chapathis and stuff mullangi mixture,wrap around the edges and bring together,roll it with a rolling pin into a paratha.
7.Heat a tawa and place the paratha cook on both sides evenly,drizzle some oil in between and cook till done.Serve hot.
