Baby Corn Pakodi


1.Besan flour
2.Baby corn
3.Chat masala powder
4.Salt to taste
5.Red chilli powder
6.Oil for deep frying


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add 1/2 bowl,red chilli powder 1 1/2 tbsp,chat masala powder 1/2 tbsp,pinch of baking soda,adjust salt and mix well all the ingredients with water.Prepare a thick batter.
3.Now dip the baby corns in besan batter,slowly drop them in hot oil.
4.Keep turning pakodas on both sides,fry evenly till golden brown.Transfer onto a paper napkin,drain excess oil.Sprinkle some chat masala powder on top.Serve hot.
