1.Moong dal boiled
3.Cashew nuts
4.Wheat flour
7.Cardamom powder


1.Tikkis preparation:Prepare a smooth dough with wheat flour by adding some ghee,pinch of salt.Rest the dough for 1/2 hour.Prepare tikkis from dough and keep aside.
2.Take a pan pour 1 tbsp ghee and fry cashew till light golden colour,transfer into a bowl.
3.In the same pan add boiled and cooked moong dal 1 cup,add some water and saute till moong dal gets completely mashed into a paste.
4.Now add prepared tikkis,saute for few minutes and keep stirring.
5.Cover and cook for few minutes till tikkis are tender.
6.Add milk 1 cup,sugar 2 tbsp and mix well,cook till sugar melts evenly and add cardamom powder.Finally give it a good mix,transfer into a bowl,garnish with fried cashews.
