Tamalapaku Senaga Dosa


1.Besan flour
2.Rice flour
3.Betel leaves
4.Salt to taste
5.Green chillies
6.Ginger chopped


1.Batter preparation:Grind senagalu 2 cups,green chillies,besan flour 2 cups,ginger,rice flour 1 cup,salt to taste into smooth batter.
2.Heat a flat pan,drizzle some oil and spread.
3.Scoop in some batter and spread in circular motion,place a betel leaf on top and spread some more batter.
4.Drizzle some oil around dosa,cook on both sides evenly.
5.Remove dosa from pan and cut into 1 inch size long pieces and place them in a plate.Garnish with carrot flowers,serve hot.
