1.Coconut milk
2.Rice milk (soak rice overnite and grind)
4.Cardamom powder
6.Fried Cashew nuts


1.Take a pan pour some water,jaggery and mix well.Prepare jaggery syrup.
2.Cook on medium flame till syrup attains thread like consistency.
3.Now take a bowl add rice milk,coconut milk both in equal quantities 1 bowl,mix well.
4.Add the milk to the boiling content and keep stirring on medium flame.
5.Cook until it attains thick consistency,add 1 cup ghee and givenit a good stir.
6.Keep stirring the mixture without sticking to the bottom of pan,add fried cashew nuts and mix well.
7.Finally transfer the mixture into greased ghee plate,garnish with cashew nuts,rest the mixture to cool for few minutes.Cut into desired shapes.Serve hot.
