3.Cashew nut
5.Cardamom powder
6.Soaked badam grated


1.Pressure cook carrot,cashew nuts,milk for 3 whistles,prepare a thick paste and rest the mixture aside to cool.
2.Take a pan pour 1 bowl milk (1 liter) and bring it to boil till it becomes half in quantity.
3.Add 1 cup sugar,carrot paste 1 cup and mix well.Cook till it attains thick consistency.
4.Add cardamom powder,soaked badam grated and mix well.Cook on medium flame till done.Transfer into a bowl,Serve cold.
