1.Take a pan dry roast peanuts 1 cup,sesame seeds 1/2 cup for few minutes and transfer in to a bowl.
2.In the same pan add 1 tbsp ghee and melt it.Add bombay ravva and fry for few minutes and keep aside ina bowl.
3.Roast coconut grated 1 cup and fry for few minutes and keep aside.
4.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
5.Grind well all the fried ingredients+cashew nuts,putnalu into a smooth powder and keep aside.
6.Take a bowl add maida flout 1 tbsp ghee and mix well with water and prepare a smooth dough.Rest the dough for 1/2 hour
7.Divide the dough into small equal portions and press into a thin layered chapathis.
8.Now take karanji mould(kajjikaya mould) slightly grease the edges with little oil and place the rolled chapati on top of it.
9.Place 2 tbsp of filling and close it and seal well.Remove the extra portion hanging out from the mould and keep them aside.Repeat the same process for the remaining dough.
10.Slowly drop them in hot oil and deep fry on medium flame.Fry till golden colour and crisp.Serve hot and store in air tight containers.
