3.Salt to taste
4.Coriander leaves
5.Urad dal
7.Onion chopped
8.Tamarind juice
9.Cumin seeds
10.Mustard seeds


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add cumin seeds,mustard seeds,urad dal and saute for a minute.
3.Add 1 cup onion chopped,curry leaves and saute till golden brown colour.
4.Add tamarind juice 2-3 tbsp,some water and bring it to boil.
5.Add 1 small pieces jaggery,salt to taste and give it a stir.Cook till jaggery melts.
6.Add 1/2 bowl boondhi and give it a stir,cover and cook for 2 minutes.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
