1.Aratikaya pieces
4.Mustard seeds
5.Cumin seeds
6.Curry leaves
7.Dry red chillies
8.Green chillies
10.Onion chopped
11.Turmeric powder
12.Tamarind juice
13.Salt to taste
14.Red chilli powder
15.Rice flour


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add mustard seeds 1/2 tbsp,cumin seeds 1 tbsp,curry leaves,dry red chillies 3-4,green chillies 2-3,pinch of asofetida, saute for few minutes.
3.Add onion chopped 1 cup and mix well,saute till light golden colour.
4.Add pinch of turmeric powder,tamarind juice 1 cup and bring it to boil.
5.After boiling add aratikaya pieces boiled,salt to taste and give it a good mix.Keep stirring the mixture for 2 minutes.
6.Add 2 tbsp jaggery and mix well,cook till jaggery melts evenly.
7.Add some water as we needed,cover and cook for 2 minutes till done.Transfer into a plate,serve hot.
