1.Alasandala paste
2.Maida,Bombay ravva dough
3.Cardamom powder
5.Jaggery grated


1.Stuff preparation:Take a pan add jaggery,alasandala paste and mix together,cook for 2-3 minutes till it becomes thick dough.
2.In the above mixture add some cardamom powder and mix well evenly.
3.Prepare round balls from the mixture and keep aside in plate.
4.Now divide the dough into small equal portions,place the round ball inside the dough and press into a thin layered chapathi on a oil greased plastic cover.
5.Meanwhile heat a pan,drizzle some ghee and spread all over,now place the poli (bobattu) on pan and cook.
6.Cook on both the sides evenly by drizzling some ghee around.Transfer onto a plate,serve hot.
