2.Chinthakaya juice
3.Turmeric powder
4.Coriander leaves
5.Coriander powder
6.Onion chopped
7.Red chilli powder
9.Cumin seeds
10.Salt to taste


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add cumin seeds 1 tbsp,onion chopped 1 cup,pinch of salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp,saute for few minutes.
3.Add chamagadda pieces and mix well.Fry for few minutes on medium flame.
4.Cover and cook for 5 minutes till tender.
5.Mix well and add some water as we needed,cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
6.Add coriander powder 1 tbsp,coriander leaves and mix well.
7.Finally add chinthakaya juice 3 tbsp and give it a good stir.Cover and cook for 2 minutes till juice induces in arbi (chamadumpa).
8.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot
