9.Roughly mashed garlic cloves
10.Red chilli powder
11.Turmeric powder
12.Dry red chillies
13.Green chillies
14.Salt to taste

1.Cut and peel the gummadikaya and chop into small pieces.
2.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
3.Add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,dry red chillies 2,curry leaves,garlic cloves 7-10,ginger paste 1/2 tbsp, pinch of turmeric powder,onion chopped 1 cup,pinch of salt saute for few minutes till golden brown colour.
4.Add green chillies,gummadikaya pieces 1 bowl,pinch of salt and give it a stir.
5.Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes till tender.
6.Sprinkle some jaggery,cover and cook for another 2 minutes.
7.Mix well,add red chilli powder,powdered peanut and give it a stir.
8.Cover and cook for a minute.Finally transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
