1.Besan flour
3.Baking soda


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add 1 cup besan flour,pinch of baking soda,mix well with water and prepare a soft dough.
3.Take a sev presser,attach a fine holed disc in the bottom.
4.Place the dough inside presser,slowly drop the sev in hot oil and deep fry.
5.Keep turning the sev in between and fry till golden brown colour.
6.Transfer onto a plate,keep aside.Take another pan add some water,jaggery mix well till jaggery melts evenly.
7.Prepare jaggery syrup and consistency should be like thread.
8.Slowly add the fried sev in jaggery syrup and give it a stir,cook for few seconds and remove gently from the pan and serve hot.
