3.Green peas
5.Cumin seeds
6.Green chillies
8.Sesame seeds paste
9.Turmeric powder
10.Salt to taste
11.Red chilli powder
12.Ginger garlic paste
13.Onion paste
14.Coriander powder


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add cumin seeds,green chillies 3-4 and saute for few seconds.
3.Add onion paste 1 cup and saute for few minutes till light golden.
4.Add ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp,mix well and fry for a minute.
5.Add sesam paste 1 cup,mix well.Add acrrot,beans,green peas,cauliflower 1 cup all in equal quantities.MIx well all the ingredients.
6.Add 1/2 glass water,1/2 turmeric powder,cover and cook.
7.Give it a mix,add red chilli powder,coriander powder 1/2 tbsp and cook for 1-2 minutes.Transfer into a bowl.garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
