2.Dosakaya pieces
3.Turmeric powder
4.Mustard seeds
5.Onion chopped
6.Curry leaves
7.Coriander leaves
8.Coconut grated
9.Red chilli powder
10.Cumin seeds
11.Green chillies
12.Coriander powder
13.Garam masala powder
14.Salt to taste

1.Take a pressure pan add 3 tbsp oil and heat it.
2.Add cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp,mustard seeds 1/2 tbsp,onion chopped 1 cup,green chillies 2-3 and saute till golden brown colour.
3.Meanwhile take a bowl add mutton,1/2 tbsp turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp,coriander powder 1 tbsp,red chilli powder 2 tbsp,salt to taste,mix well all the ingredients evenly.
4.Add marinated mutton,curry leaves,coriander leaves and give it a stir.
5.Add some water as we needed,cover and cook for 4 whistles.
6.Take another pan add 1 tbsp oil,cumin seeds and saute for a minute.
7.Add dosakaya pieces 1 cup,pinch of turmeric powder,red chilli powder and mix well.Cover and cook for 2 minutes till tender.
8.Finally off the stove and transfer dosakaya mixture into mutton curry and give it a good stir.
9.Add coconut grated 2 tbsp,coriander leaves and give it a stir.Transfer into a bowl,serve hot.
