Chamadumpa Masala Curry


2.Turmeric powder
3.Ginger garlic paste
4.Salt to taste
5.Curry leaves
6.Green chillies
7.Red chilli powder
8.Coriander powder
9.Tempering seeds
10.Tamarind juice
11.Coriander leaves
12.Tomatoes & Onion paste


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add tempering seeds and saute till golden.
3.Add green chillies 3-4,onion,tomato paste 1 cup and mix well.Cook till fragrant.
4.Add ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp give it stir,add chamadumpalu pieces,pinch of turmeric powder and give it a mix.Fry for few minutes.
5.Add salt to taste,tamarind juice 1 cup and mix well,cover and cook for 5 minutes.
6.Add coriander powder 1 tbsp,red chilli powder 1 tbsp and give it a fine mix.Cook for few minutes till done.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
