1.Soaked moong dal batter
3.Oil for deep frying
4.Salt to taste
5.Cumin seeds
6.Green chillies
7.Ginger chopped
8.Coriander leaves


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add moong dal batter,curry leaves,maida 2 tbsp,cumin seeds 1 tbsp,coriander leaves,green chillies chopped,ginger chopped,salt to taste mix well all the ingredients evenly.
3.Take small amount of mixture in your palms and drop them in hot oil like small punigulu.
4.Keep turning in between and fry evenly till golden brown colour,crisp.Transfer onto a paper napkin,drain excess oil.Serve hot.
