Kobbari Payasam


1.Soaked rice flour
2.Coconut grated
6.Cashew nuts
7.Cardamom powder


1.Take a pan pour 1 tbsp ghee and melt it.
2.Fry cashew nut,kismis till light golden colour,trasnfer into a bowl.
3.Take another pan pour 1 glass water and heat it.
4.Add 1 cup rice flour soaked to boiling water and mix well.
5.Keep stirring the mixture till it attains thick consistency,add some more water and give it a stir.
6.Add 1 cup coconut grated,give it a stir.
7.Add sugar 1 cup,milk 1 cup and some water,cook for few minutes and keep stirring the mixture without sticking to the bottom of pan.
8.Finally add fried cashew nuts,kismis and cardamom powder.Give it a good stir.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with cashews,kismis.Serve hot.
