7.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a pan pour some ghee and melt it.
2.Fry coconut grated 1 cup and saute for few minutes till it becomes light brown colour.
3.In the same pan add kismis,cashew nuts crushed and mix well.Fry for few minutes
4.Add sugar 1 cup and mix well,fry for a minute and transfer into a bowl.
5.Take another bowl add maida 1 cup and mix well with water,prepare a smooth dough.
6.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
7.Divide the dough into small equal portions and roll into small puris,stuff the fried coconut mixture in it and roll into opposite direction and enclose it tightly by applying some water on corners.Pinch tightly.
8.Gently drop them into hot oil and deep fry,fry till golden colour and crisp.Transfer onto a paper napkin,drain excess oil.Serve hot.
