1.Raw mango grated
2.Rice cooked
4.Mustard seeds
5.Urad dal
6.Cumin seeds
7.Curry leaves
8.Dry red chillies
9.Green chillies
11.Turmeric powder
12.Salt to taste
13.Coriander leaves


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add mustard seeds,urad dal,cumin seeds,curry leaves,dry red chillies 2,green chillies 4,peanuts saute for few minutes till light golden colour.
3.Add pinch of turmeric powder,fry for few minutes.
4.Meanwhile take a bowl add cooked rice,raw mango grated,salt to taste and mix well evenly.
5.Finally add the cooked rice to the fried mixture and mix well,give it a fine stir.Transfer into a bowl,sprinkle some coriander leaves.Serve hot.
