3.Garam masala powder

7.Sesame powder
8.Ginger garlic paste
9.Red chilli powder
10.Salt to taste

1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Fry brinjals (cut into 4 quarters) for few minutes till tender and transfer into a paper napkin.Drain excess oil.
3.Take a bowl add sesame powder,dry coconut powder,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,salt to taste,garam masala powder and mix well.
4.Now stuff the mixture into fried brinjals and keep aside.
5.Take another pan pour some oil and heat it.
6.Add cumin seeds,onion chopped,green chillies finely chopped,pinch of salt,garam masala powder a pinch.Fry for a minute.
7.Add stuffed brinjals and saute for few minutes,cook on medium flame.Off the stove and transfer into a bowl.Sprinkle some coriander leaves and serve hot.
