2.Ginger chopped
3.Green chillies
5.Oil for deep frying
6.Cooking soda
7.Coriander leaves
8.Pepper corns crushed
9.Cumin seeds
10.Curry leaves
11.Salt to taste


1.Take a bowl add 1 cup maida,ginger chopped,cumin seeds,pepper corns,pinch of baking soda,coriander leaves,salt to taste,green chillies,curry leaves,curd 1 cup.
2.Mix well all the ingredients evenly with water and prepare a smooth batter.
3.Rest the batter for 2 hours aside.
4.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
5.Take small amount of mixture in your palms and drop them in hot oil like mysore bonda or bajji.
6.Gently turn in between and deep fry the bajjis till it attains golden brown colour.Repeat the same process for others.
7.Transfer onto a paper napkin,drain excess oil.Serve hot.
