Pesarapappu Munagaaku Curry


1.Soaked moong dal
2.Green chillies
3.Drum stick leaves
5.Turmeric powder
6.Dry red chillies/Garlic cloves
7.Onion chopped
8.Tempering seeds
9.Red chilli powder
10.Curry leaves
11.Salt to taste
12.Cumin seeds and garlic mixture


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add dry red chillies 2,tempering seeds saute for few seconds.
3.Add turmeric powder a pinch,curry leaves,onion chopped 1/2 cup and mix well,saute till light golden colour.
4.Add drum stick leaves 1 cup and fry for few minutes,meanwhile add soaked moong dal 1 cup and saute.
5.Add red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp,salt and give it a mix,finally add cumin/garlic mixture on top and give it a fine mix.Transfer onto a plate.Serve hot.
