2.Red chilli powder
3.Coriander powder
4.Turmeric powder
6.Coconut powder

9.Cashew nuts


1.Heat some oil in a pan,fry cashew nuts for few minutes and keep aside.
2.Blend dry coconut,putnalu,red chilli powder,salt,hing,turmeric,coriander powder and blend into a fine powder.
3.Peel off and cut beerakayalu in 4 quarters,now stuff ground powder in beerakayalu and place in hot pan.
4.Cover and cook for 20 min till tender.Cook medium flame,add fried cashew nuts.Finally add remaining powder and mix well,cook for 2 minutes till done.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
