1.Drum sticks boiled in water with turmeric powder
2.Coconut powder
4.Cumin seeds
5.Urad dal
6.Dry red chillies
7.Onion chopped
9.Salt to taste
10.Turmeric powder
11.Fried papads
12.Green chillies
13.Garam masala powder


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add cumin seeds,urad dal,dry red chillies 3,green chillies 4-5,saute for 2 minutes.
3.Add 1 cup coconut grated and mix well,add milk 1 cup and bring it to boil.
4.Add boiled drum sticks and give it a stir.
5.Add salt to taste,turmeric powder a pinch and mix well.fry for a minute.
6.Add garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp and give it a good stir,add some water as we needed for gravy consistency and cook.
7.Cover and cook for 3 minutes,remove the lid and give it a stir,finally mashe the papads 2 or 3 and give it fine mix.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
