Crunchy Cutlets


1.Boiled potatoes
3.Bread crumbs
4.Onion chopped
6.Salt to taste
7.Egg mixture
8.Coriander leaves
10.Green chillies chopped


1.Take a bowl add 2 tbsp onion chopped,green chillies 2 tbsp,maida 2 tbsp,coriander leaves 2 tbsp,bread crumbs 2 tbsp,salt to taste,potatoes mashed 1/2 bowl mix well all the ingredients.
2.Meanwhile place some atukulu in a plate,break 2 eggs and whisk it.
3.Take small amount of mixture in your palms and prepare round cutlets and keep aside.
4.Heat a pan pour some oil,now coat the cutlet with egg mixture and atukulu and press firmly.
5.Place the cutlet on pan and fry,keep turning the cutlets in between and fry evenly till golden brown colour.Transfer onto a paper napkin,drain excess oil.Serve hot with tomato sauce.
