Bobbarala Attu


1.Bobbarlu (Black eyed peas) soaked overnight and grinded
2.Green chillies
3.Ginger chopped
4.Coriander leaves
5.Salt to taste
6.Cumin seeds


1.Take a bowl add 1 bowl bobbarlu batter,green chillies chopped,ginger chopped,cumin seeds,salt to taste,coriander leaves and mix well all the ingredients with some water.
2.Heat a flat non stick pan,grease some oil with onion evenly all over the pan.
3.Take a small cup and scoop in some batter,place on tawa in a circular motion like dosa.
4.Cook for few minutes on both the sides,drizzle some oil around dosa and turn on.Cook till done.Serve hot with any chutney.
