2.Oil 4 tbsp
3.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
4.Garlic paste 1 tbsp
5.Ginger paste 1 tbsp
6.Onion chopped 3 medium
7.Bay leaves 2
8.Cloves 4
9.Cinnamon stick 1 inch
10.Green cardamoms 6
11.Black cardamoms 2
12.Turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp
13.Salt to taste
14.Ginger chopped
15.Spinach boiled and grinded into paste


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add cumin seeds,garlic paste,ginger paste and saute for a minute.
3.Add onion chopped 1 cup and saute till golden brown colour,fry for 5-6 minutes.
4.Add mutton 3/4 cooked with cardamoms,cinnamon stick,bay leaves,black cardamom,turmeric powder,salt.
5.Add mutton stock as well,if required we can adjust the consistency later.
6.Mix well,cover and cook for 10-15 minutes,add remaining mutton stock,salt to taste and give it a stir.
7.Cover and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
8.Add 1 cup spinach puree and give it a stir,cook for a boil on medium flame.Off the stove and add ginger strips and mix well.Serve hot.
