Moong Dal Fingers


1.Moong dal soaked in hot water
2.Onion chopped 1
3.Coriander leaves 1 tbsp chopped
4.Salt to taste
5.Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp
6.Red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp
7.Chat masala powder  1/2 tbsp
8.Ginger green chilli paste 1/2 tbsp
9.Lemon juice 1 tbsp
10.Bread crumbs  1 1/2 cup


1.Take a bowl add moong dal,onion chopped,coriander leaves,salt to taste,garam masala powder,red chilli powder,chat masala powder,ginger green chilli paste,lemon juice and mix well.
2.Add bread crumbs 1 1/2 cup and mix well,divide the mixture into equal portions and prepare moong dal fingers.
3.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying,deep fry thr fingers in batches till golden and crisp.Drain onto a paper napkin,Serve hot.
