Prawns Chilli


1.Prawns peeled and devained 10
2.Green chillies finely chopped 2
3.Soya sauce 2 tbsp
4.Salt to taste
5.Maida 2 tbsp
6.Oil 2 tbsp +deep frying
7.Spring onions 2-3
8.Garlic cloves finely chopped 4-5
9.Ginger finely chopped 1 inch piece
10.Green capsicum 1 cut into dices
11.Red chilli sauce 2 tbsp
12.Chicken stock 1 cup
13.Vinegar 1 tbsp


1.Take a bowl add prawns,soya sauce,salt to taste,maida and mix well all the ingredients.Set aside for 5 minutes.
2.Heat sufficient oil in pan for deep frying.
3.Deep fry the prawns three-fourth done,drain onto absorbent paper,remove excess oil.
4.Take another pan pour some oil and heat it.
5.Add garlic,ginger chopped,saute on high flame for a minute.
6.Add spring onion bulbs,green capsicum pieces and toss well.
7.Add green chillies chopped,soya sauce,red chilli sauce,fried prawns and salt to taste.Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
8.Add chicken stock,corn starch and give it a mix.Cook for 3 minutes.
9.Add vinegar,spring onion greens and toss well.Serve hot.
