Sabudana aur Aloo ke Rolls


1.Sago (Saggubiyyam) 3/4 cup
2.Potatoes boiled and mashed 3
3.Peanuts roasted and crushed 1/2 cup
4.Green chillies chopped 3
5.Ginger piece chopped 1 inch
6.Lemon juice 1 tbsp
7.Coriander leaves 2-3 tbsp
8.Salt to taste
9.Oil for deep frying


1.Wash sago with water and soak for atleast 1 hour,if the rolls are to be prepared within very short time soak in hot water.
2.Squeeze water and transfer into a bowl.
3.Add potatoes mashed,peanuts,chopped green chillies,chopped ginger,lemon juice,coriander leaves and salt.Mix well all the ingredients,if need water we can add a little amount.
4.Keep aside for few minutes.
5.Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape them into oval shaped rolls.
6.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,slide in rolls and deep fry till golden brown colour.Fry the rest of rolls prepared and transfer onto a absorbent paper napkin,remove excess oil.Serve hot with any chutney.
