Chicken Malai Tikka


1.Boneless chicken 400 gms
2.Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
3.Fresh cream 5 tbsp
4.Curd 2 tbsp
5.Green chilli paste 2-3 tbsp
6.Salt to taste
7.Green cardamom powder 1/4 tbsp
8.Cheese grated 1/2 cup
9.White pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
10.Butter for greasing


1.Preheat the oven to 180 degree C.
2.Take a bowl add chicken pieces,ginger garlic paste,salt to taste.Mix well.Marinate for 15-20 minutes.
3.Take 1/2 cup cheese,salt and cream,whisk well.
4.Add curd and whisk again,add ginger garlic paste,green chilli paste,cardamom powder,pepper powder,salt and mix well.
5.Put chicken into second marinate and let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
6.Place aluminum foil on a oven tray and grease some oil,arrange chicken pieces on it.
7.Place the tray in oven and bake for 10-12 minutes,grease with butter in between and bake till chicken is done.Serve hot.
