1.Chicken mince 250 gms
2.Samosa strips 8
3.Onion finely chopped 1 large
4.Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
5.Pinch of turmeric powder
6.Red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp
7.Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
8.Green chillies 2 chopped
9.Lemon juice 2 tbsp
10.Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
11.Chat masala powder 1 tbsp
12.Salt to taste
13.Oil for deep frying
14.Maida 2 tbsp


1.Take a bowl add chicken mince,finely chopped onion,green chillies,coriander leaves,ginger garlic paste,pinch of turmeric powder,red chilli powder,chat masala powder,garam masala powder,salt to taste,lemon juice and mix well all the ingredients.
2.Put some mixture on samosa strip and fold it into a triangle.
3.Dissolve 2 tbsp maida in water and apply on the edges of the samosa to seal it firmly.
4.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,deep fry the samosa on medium flame.
5.Deep fry till golden brown colour and drain onto absorbent paper,remove excess oil.Serve hot.
