Methi Tomato Paneer

Methi Tomato Paneer


1.Fenugreek leaves 1 bunch
2.Tomatoes chopped 4 medium
3.Paneer cut into cubes 200 gms
4.Oil 1 tbsp
5.Onion finely chopped 2 medium
6.Ginger piece 1 inch
7.Garlic cloves 6
8.Green chillies 2-3
9.Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tbsp
10.Coriander powder 1 tbsp
11.Salt to taste
12.Dry mango powder 1 tbsp


1.Grind ginger piece,garlic cloves,green chillies into paste.
2.Take a pan pour 1 tbsp oil and heat it.
3.Add onion finely chopped and saute for 2-3 minutes till it turns into golden brown colour.
4.Add green chilli ginger garlic paste and saute.
5.Add red chilli powder,salt to taste and mix well.
6.Add fenugreek leaves chopped and mix well,saute till tender.
7.Cook for 6-8 minutes till fenugreek leaves are completely cooked.
8.Add finely chopped tomatoes,cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes,add 1/2 cup water,cover and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
9.Finally add paneer cut into cubes,sprinkle some dry mango powder and give it a fine mix.Cook on medium heat and serve hot.
