1.Raagi flour
2.Sesame seeds


1.Dissolve jaggery in some water,once done add raagi flour and mix well till it gets a dough consistency.
2.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,Divide the dough into small equal portions.
3.Coat dough balls in sesame seeds,grease a plastic cover with some ghee,press into a thin chapathi.
4.Drop them in hot oil and deep fry till done,fry on both sides evenly.Remove on separate plate and serve.
