1.Wheat flour 2 cups
2.Mint leaves 1 cup
3.Salt to taste
4.Oil 1 tbsp
5.Butter 3 tbsp
6.Chat masala powder 2 tbsp


1.Take a bowl add wheat flour,salt,mint leaves,oil and mix well with water and knead into a smooth dough.
2.Cover and rest the dough for 20-25 minutes.
3.Divide the dough into small equal portiond and roll out into thin layered chapathi,brush with some butter and sprinkle some flour.
4.Now roll the chapathi like fan and twist it back into a roundel.Leave for about 5 minutes.
5.Take a non stick tawa over a medium flame.Place the paratha and cook by drizzling some oil.Cook till both sides are light golden brown.
6.Repeat the same process for other parathas and grease some butter while it is hot.
7.Sprinkle some chat masala powder,mint leaves powder and crush the paratha with your palms gently to spread out layers.Serve hot.
